Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in architectural production, millwork, construction.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, costs, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to manage projects from planning through completion.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and multi-priority management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage schedules and production deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, installation, estimating, and operations.
• Manage project documentation including drawings, layouts, hardware, and cut sheets.
• Oversee engineering and detailing activities to ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings and production details for quality and buildability.
• Prepare bills of materials and support purchasing needs.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability, and change orders.
• Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate field work, installation, and final closeout.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
