Piper Companies in Wilson, NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects and process improvements for a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare products manufacturer on a permanent onsite basis. The role will oversee cross-functional programs that support growth and operational excellence.

The position requires managing scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications, with emphasis on risk mitigation, commissioning, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support commissioning, implementation, and project closeout activities.
