Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager – Engineering & Procurement (EP) to lead major EP projects in refining, chemical, and petrochemical industries.

You will oversee FEED, DED, procurement, construction support, and close-out, coordinating client stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery. The role requires strong leadership in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and subcontractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• Proven experience managing major EP projects.
• Strong background in refining, oil and gas, chemical, or petrochemical industries.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience managing FEED, DED, procurement, and construction support.
• Strong knowledge of project execution planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Experience managing procurement activities, subcontractors, and change management.
• Ability to make sound onsite engineering decisions.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major engineering and procurement projects across the refining, chemical, and petrochemical industries.
• Establish project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, project controls, and subcontractor activities.
• Develop project execution plans covering safety, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, scope, and critical project objectives.
• Manage project estimates, cost trending, engineering deliverables, engineered equipment procurement, and bulk material procurement.
• Oversee FEED, Detailed Engineering Design (DED), construction support, and engineering close-out.
• Drive effective workshare execution across multiple offices and engineering teams.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes and execution challenges.
• Make onsite engineering and project execution decisions in coordination with client stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, review processes, safety requirements, and established procedures.
• Manage subcontractor relationships, project resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverable commitments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior-level stakeholders and project leadership.
• Mentor project engineers and project managers while supporting team development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Engineering & Procurement (EP) to lead major engineering projects in the refining, chemical, and petrochemical industries. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of project execution, from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) through procurement, construction support, and engineering close-out.

This role requires strong leadership in multidisciplinary engineering, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and subcontractor coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders, engineering teams, procurement specialists, and project controls to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering and procurement teams across multiple offices or locations.
• Knowledge of workshare execution models, quality reviews, and engineering project management processes.
• Experience with engineering deliverables, cost trending, construction support, and project close-out.
• Proven ability to mentor project engineers and project managers.
• Experience driving project execution improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
