Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead all development activities for fleet modernization and newbuild projects in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The role focuses on applying APP methodologies, coordinating with Architecture, Engineering, Design and Procurement teams, and guiding projects from development through handover to delivery. Strong leadership and 7+ years in PM are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Familiarity with working drawings, dimensions, and detailing floor plans/elevations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects with Agile Project Plan (APP) methodologies during development phase.
• Coordinate technical, architectural, estimation and engineering support to define scope and budgets.
• Oversee schedules, value deliveries, and vendor/bid reviews; manage handover to delivery teams.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Travel as required to support project development and vendor visits.
