Dexian is seeking a Project Manager (PM) for 100% onsite roles in Florence, SC (preferred) or Bloomfield, CT. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and risk from concept to production and field deployment, and support stage-gate and agile development processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, tracking prototype and production drawings, and driving timely escalations.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading multi-functional global teams
• Experience with MS Office tools (Teams, Project, Word, Excel)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness
• Work with Supply Chain to share drawings and engage engineers with suppliers
• Ensure prototype parts delivery according to plan and track with suppliers
• Coordinate prototype installation and handle turnbacks from tests
• Ensure production drawings are on schedule and updated
• Manage stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk and interdependencies
• Support project reviews and executive communications
• Plan, track and communicate goals, schedule, cost and milestones
• Lead team meetings and drive deliverables and timelines
• Support PM initiatives to improve efficiencies, processes, and tools
