Job summary

Dexian is seeking an IT Project Manager for a temporary assignment in Merrimack, NH. The role supports program management planning, execution, and delivery across several high-visibility technical projects, collaborating with geographically diverse teams and stakeholders to sustain an innovative delivery culture.

The successful candidate will drive prioritization, forecast and manage project plans, and partner with Engineering, DevOps, PMO, and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the financial services industry.
• Experience managing large, technical program portfolios.
• Experience working in internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Ability to understand sophisticated global systems environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate work prioritization based on business and technology needs.
• Forecast, manage, and execute project plans.
• Support program management planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage work across large, technical program portfolios.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Development, DevOps, Production Support, PMO, and external groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
