Job summary

Dewpoint is seeking a Project Manager in Lansing, Michigan to lead the full project lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires on-site work with no remote option and a minimum of two days on-site per week.

The successful candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are required, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 5+ years of full project management experience implementing projects through a project life-cycle process.
• Proven experience independently leading medium to large sized/complexity high-priority projects (minimum $1M+, 1year+).
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute (monitoring/controlling) and close-out projects.
• Lead multi-resource projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Interface with sponsors and key stakeholders; conduct regular status meetings.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables; ensure quality standards.
