Job summary

Dewpoint is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering Team in Lansing area. The candidate will perform ETL/EDW work, build data pipelines, and implement CDC-based data movement from on-premises to cloud destinations.

Requires 3+ years in data engineering, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and readiness for on-site work in Lansing, MI. On-site duties include day-to-day data integration tasks and 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience with ETL/ELT in enterprise data warehouses.
• Ability to design and optimize data pipelines and CDC-based workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participates in analysis and development of technical specs, coding, and testing.
• Creates data pipelines and ETL workflows following team standards.
• Follows change control and configuration management practices.
• Participates in 24-hour on-call rotation for platform support.
