Bernadine Wallpaper is Utah’s premier luxury wallpaper installation company, trusted by high-end residential clients, interior designers, and select commercial developers across the state. Our projects are intricate, our clients are discerning, and our standards are uncompromising. We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on-site — not behind a desk.

The Role

You’ll own projects from the first client conversation through final installation, serving as the face of Bernadine Wallpaper in the field. That means constant movement: job sites, client homes, designer meetings, builder walkthroughs. You’ll manage installers and subcontractors, keep schedules tight, and solve problems before clients ever know they existed. This is a role for someone who leads from the front.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of active projects across multiple job sites simultaneously
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, interior designers, and builders
• Conduct site visits for measurements, assessments, quality checks, and issue resolution
• Coordinate and direct installation crews, prep teams, and subcontractors in the field
• Review scopes of work and hold teams accountable to them on-site
• Maintain accurate project schedules and communicate changes proactively
• Anticipate problems, resolve them early, and protect the client experience
• Represent Bernadine’s standard of quality and professionalism on every project

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, residential interiors, or high-end finishes
• A genuine preference for field work over office work — this role is 80%+ on-site
• Sharp organizational skills and clear, confident communication
• An eye for detail and an appreciation for design quality
• Proven ability to juggle multiple active projects without dropping the ball
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a meaningful plus, not just a checkbox
