Qualifications

• 3+ years in program or project management.
• Experience leading teams or projects to successful completion.
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, peers).

Responsibilities

• Leads, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains schedules for complex projects and change-driven activities.
• Performs risk assessments and planning to determine impacts and constraints for product development and process improvements.
• Identifies risk and opportunity potential and develops mitigation planning.
• Develops lead time requirements and ensures integration of project plans, schedules, and baselines.
• Acts as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems from inception through completion.
• Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
