Job summary

KPI Solutions seeks an Onsite Site Supervisor to lead installation phases at client locations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control. You will manage sub-contractors, coordinate with KPI leadership, and provide daily updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–8 years supervisory experience in material handling, robotics, manufacturing or packaging in high automation environments.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to lead site teams, coordinate contractors and maintain safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service as the primary onsite contact for KPI and customers.
• Establish and monitor health and safety practices to drive zero incidents.
• Oversee subcontractor site supervisors and conduct weekly updates/meetings.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation ensuring alignment with specs, safety and drawings.
• Hold regular safety meetings with site personnel and subcontractors.
• Identify issues and drive timely resolutions with KPI engineering.
• Collaborate with the project manager to meet quality, scope and schedule within budget.
• Travel up to 80% with a typical 10 day on / 4 day off rotation.
