Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Team Lead to serve as a customer facing Task Lead with onsite meetings at Kirtland AFB. The role is part-time and requires local presence in the Albuquerque/Kirtland area.

You will coordinate project life cycles, support AFRL, and manage security processing for contract staff. The position includes calendar management, meeting support, and preparing project deliverables and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum: US citizenship, Top-Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, 2+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite administrative support and coordination during all phases of project life cycles.
• Supports the AFRL customer and is client facing to resolve issues.
• Coordinates security processing of employees on contract and onboarding.
• Monitors program financials in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Under Program Manager, helps move projects toward completion with admin tasks.
• Arrange calendars, meetings, file management, data collection, reporting, proofreading and deliverables.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, training and events.
• Prepare materials for project committee meetings, including reports, agendas and collateral.
• Receives, screens, logs and routes correspondence; maintains follow-up system.
