Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative II in Indiana. You will read construction drawings, track contractor activities, review materials for compliance, and develop records for engineer review and project closeout. Strong communication and coordination with the project team are essential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of multidisciplinary construction experience. Travel to client locations may be required; PE or CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects
• Fundamental understanding of contracts and codes governing construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; identify discrepancies
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities and resources
• Review materials for contract compliance and track quantities
• Attend and chair construction progress meetings
• Conduct observations of installation and testing of equipment and systems
• Develop record docs for engineer review and project closeout
