Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Project Coordinator onsite in Chandler, AZ to balance customer service with inventory and operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves handling orders, inventory reporting, shipments, and ERP documentation to support on-time deliveries.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and maintain high service levels in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse, customer support, or inventory role.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, onsite).
• Support customer orders from entry through delivery and follow-up.
• Manage inventory activities including stock reporting, cycle counts, and replenishment support.
• Coordinate shipments, lead times, and inbound/outbound deliveries.
• Process ERP documentation including orders, delivery dockets, and GRNs.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and turn around orders quickly.
• Identify and elevate inventory, service level, or process issues.
