Qualifikationen

• Experience with equipment, utilities, facilities, construction, or process-related projects.

• Own capital projects through full lifecycle: scope, design, bidding, equipment selection, purchasing, construction, installation, and startup.
• Coordinate with internal teams, engineering firms, vendors, and contractors to keep projects safe and on track.
• Travel and field work to clarify needs, solve problems, and turn plans into completed work.
• Support capital initiatives across the engineering department and mill operations.
• Define project scope early and advance designs, bids, and purchasing decisions.
