Qualifications

• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute design changes/updates to the project team.
• Prepare and submit requests for information (RFIs) to the design team.
• Create and manage the submittal log for the project.
• Conduct safety walk-throughs with the Superintendent and Safety Manager.
