Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Prepare and submit RFIs to the design team.
• Manage submittal log and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct field reporting and document safety observations.
• Interface with client and design team throughout the project.
