Job summary

Loenbro LLC is seeking an experienced EH&S Administrator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, onsite. The role supports project teams by managing site-level safety documentation, data entry, reporting, training coordination, and compliance tasks to align with safety programs and regulatory expectations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of safety or project administration experience, strong computer skills (Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, LMS, EHS software), and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English languages.
• 1–3 years of experience in safety administration, project administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction, industrial services, energy, or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet, LMS platforms, or EHS software.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with field teams and supervisors.
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments with multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license; site travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project-level EHS records and documentation.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting for projects and clients.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents into EHS platforms (e.g., KPA Flex).
• Coordinate project safety meetings and track action items.
• Assist with onboarding and training records for site workers.
• Provide administrative support to field supervisors and project managers on EHS matters.
• Support data collection and document preparation for audits and regulatory requirements.
