Responsibilities

• Provide project management administrative support and sample receiving.
• Review and process project forms, documents and databases.
• Assist with client communications and invoicing.
• Route calls to the appropriate project manager.
• Support timelines, resources and cross-functional initiatives.
• Interpret and apply department policies and regulations.
• Promote Pace's mission and maintain professional interactions.
