Job summary

ImproveIt Home Remodeling in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Project Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction by coordinating projects from sale to completion. You will manage installation processes, scheduling, materials, and contractor oversight to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and 5-star service.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or project management in home improvement, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or project management in home improvement or related industries
• Experience managing subcontractors or a subcontractor-based business preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate to resolve issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all project aspects from sale to installation
• Coordinate project logistics with customers, installers, vendors and departments
• Schedule appointments with customers and vendors
• Communicate updates on project milestones and issues to customers
• Review project details with Measure Tech or Project Manager before ordering
• Manage materials ordering and logistics; coordinate with vendors
• Ensure timely, on-time installation and quality workmanship
• Update CRM with project details for accurate documentation
• Provide information to ensure contractors and vendors are paid on time
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and drive 5-star reviews
