Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Project Coordinator I to drive the sales cycle for a large building materials company. You will coordinate with architects, general contractors, installers, and store owners from lead through post-installation support.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer support or sales, blueprint reading ability, and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and PC software. This is a direct hire, onsite 3 days per week, with a $50–60k salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proven customer support or sales experience in building materials or construction industries.
• Bachelor Degree is strongly preferred, but not required
• Ability to read blueprints with some knowledge of the construction industry
• Must have a strong knowledge of common PC software
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of CRM, specifically Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales of a large building materials company from lead/quote to post-installation support.
• Move national brand projects through the sales cycle, coordinating with architects, general contractors, installers, and store owners.
• Handle materials estimation, quoting, purchase/order, and pipeline management within a team environment.
• Collaborate with outside sales and other company personnel to ensure project success.
• Sit onsite 3 days a week as part of a direct hire arrangement.
