Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers and superintendents by coordinating activities, procuring materials, and tracking costs and schedules to meet deliverables. The role sits within the EPC group focused on designing and building R&D facilities for vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting facilities/infrastructure design processes and administrative tasks.
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Office programs; drive communication in a high-performance org with tight timelines.
• Open attitude to exploring new ideas and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to staff, vendors, and guests; act as client interface when needed.
• Coordinate and set up meetings; document notes and follow up on actions.
• Handle Construction Documentation/Administration tasks: file sharing, print coordination, RFIs, and submittals.
• Procure materials for field activities: obtain quotes, analyze for best value, verify receipt, coordinate delivery.
• Assist PMs and Superintendents with schedule updates and look-ahead.
• Support project close-out with dead filing and punch list tracking.
• Develop tools to enable efficient operations and save team time.
