Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling and cost estimating for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience on maritime or port projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) and cost management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including WBS development and critical path analysis.
• Provide integrated scheduling and cost estimating support for our client’s capital program.
• Support scheduling and cost estimating, ensuring effective project planning and control through rigorous schedule maintenance and budget forecasting.
• Prepare conceptual, preliminary, and detailed cost estimates, including quantity take‑offs.
• Perform schedule updates, variance analysis and delay impact assessments to identify potential risks.
• Prepare project controls reports, dashboards and performance metrics for PMO leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams to align estimates and schedules with operational constraints of an active business operation.
