Qualifications

• 4+ years in project controls or related roles in heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Primavera experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software, 3D model viewers, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings to support field teams and validate cost and schedule impacts.
• Track daily/weekly progress for cost and schedule reporting.
• Develop work packages, activity plans, and project controls docs.
• Support field surveying and layout with accurate quantity data.
• Compile and reconcile daily labor, equipment, and field data.
• Contribute to safety reviews and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate materials, delivery schedules, cost and schedule alignment.
• Assist with work planning to sequence crews and subs.
• Provide project controls oversight including subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations for quantity tracking or design changes.
