Ledcor Group is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to enhance our Heavy Civil Earthworks team. This site-based role involves traveling to project locations across the U.S., ensuring cost tracking and schedule performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in project controls and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, the candidate must also have strong communication skills and an understanding of construction processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project controls or related roles in heavy civil construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and validate cost and schedule impacts.
• Perform quantity calculations and track work progress for reporting.
• Support field surveying and layout activities.
