The ideal candidate will have a 2-year full-cycle accounting background, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. The role reports to the CFO and requires on-site work in Boca Raton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows.
• Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial reports and support financial statement preparation.
• Analyze financial data and provide reporting insights to management.
• Support CFO and senior leadership with accounting initiatives.
• Assist with external audits and provide audit support documentation.
• Partner with Purchasing to ensure accurate financial controls.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure policy compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects.
