Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Security Manager (PSM) to safeguard classified information and company data in accordance with government and company policies. The role will lead self-audits of containers, areas, and information systems, and can sit in Tewksbury, Woburn, or Andover, MA.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and government customers, implement security requirements, and drive education on security best practices to protect assets and people nationwide.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5+ years security experience.
• 5 years in Industrial Security or related fields.
• Experience with NISPOM/32 CFR, DAAPM, DD254 or DoD 5200.01.
• Experience writing operational plans and directives (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on handling, storage, and access to restricted records and materials.
• Implement security measures for NISPOM compliance and represent Raytheon security at meetings.
• Assist in investigating security violations and preparing corrective-action reports.
• Interact with Raytheon directors, program managers and US Government customers, including DCSA.
• Conduct security education/awareness briefings.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by Global Security Services management.
