Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an onsite Program Quality Engineer in Poulsbo, WA to support Naval programs in Engineering and Manufacturing Development, as well as production contracts, ensuring compliance with AS9100 requirements.

You will collaborate with systems, electrical and mechanical engineers, operations, supply chain and test teams, serve as the quality liaison with DCMA/USG, lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, review technical data packs, and help transition to production

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102).
Experience leading teams in failure analysis, RCA, and corrective and preventative actions.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and review technical data packages (TDP).
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as a program quality liaison across DCMA/USG and suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality improvement strategies.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve changes to the technical data package (TDP).
Develop quality metrics and support transition to production.
