Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Conway, AR. This onsite position will provide leadership for the School-based Program serving Conway, Perry, and Faulkner counties. Work hours are full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a treatment team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and computer skills (including Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the School-based Program serving Conway, Perry, and Faulkner counties.
• Oversee program operations to meet community mental health goals and quality standards.
