Job summary

Arisa Health in Russellville, AR is seeking a Program Manager to provide clinical leadership within our behavioral health program. This onsite role supports interdisciplinary teams and coordinates services across outpatient and crisis services.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Counseling or Social Work, strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to organize and prioritize. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with full-time commitment.

Description

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Program Manager position in Russellville, AR. The Program Manager will provide clinical leadership within the program. This is an onsite position.

Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
