Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program via subordinate managers.
• Acquire follow-on business and lead major proposals as needed.
• Manage directorates and supervise professional staff within a division.
• Lead and coordinate with vendors as a technical liaison and support pricing and proposals.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and contract reviews with software teams.
• Develop QA programs and deliver required reports across programs.
