Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC seeks an Onsite Program Manager in Washington, DC to serve as the primary point of contact for contractor personnel and to oversee the support team on site. You will coordinate task assignments, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of work products in line with program priorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program/contract management, with strong leadership and communication skills to interface with the COR and government leads.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel.

• Provide onsite supervision and operational oversight of contractor support team.

• Coordinate task assignments and ensure timely delivery of work products.

• Communicate regularly with Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and DNN program office designated leads to align support with program priorities.

• Track performance metrics and submit monthly status reports.

• Assist in conflict resolution and ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Support staffing efforts, including onboarding, training, escorting, and performance evaluation of contractor staff.

• Escort visitors, vendors, and non-cleared personnel within controlled or restricted areas, as required. Escort duties include ensuring compliance with all security protocols, maintaining situational awareness, and coordinating with government personnel to facilitate access in accordance with agency procedures and applicable security regulations
