Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA seeks a Senior Analyst, Program Management Liaison to bridge the Emerging Programs management office with functional areas to facilitate execution. The role is onsite and requires an active U.S. Secret clearance.

You will coordinate customer meetings, support weekly program reviews, and work across Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations to address delivery impacts. Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in PM or related field.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and related software applications.
• Project management or related business experience.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support customer meetings with minutes and action items.
• Assist PMs in weekly Program Performance Reviews and track actions.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve issues affecting deliveries.
• Coordinate with security for transfer of classified data and hardware.
• Courier material between vendors, customers, and test sites.
• Execute small projects to assist the PM/Director.
• Support offsite activities including vendor visits and field tests.
