Atlas Tube, a part of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Chicago, IL. You’ll coordinate labor, lead development, and ensure safe, efficient operations to hit production goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus familiarity with MES/SAP and MS Office. The role is onsite with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Associate degree in management or supervision preferred.
• Working knowledge of MES or SAP systems.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedules to meet production goals.
• Delegate tasks and hold team accountable.
• Provide training and conduct performance reviews.
• Hire, coach, develop, monitor, and evaluate team members.
• Perform quality checks on equipment and areas.
• Generate daily operational reports and manage shift continuity.
