Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line employees and coordinate shift activities.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet output targets.
• Enforce GMP, food safety, and OSHA safety standards on the floor.
• Identify and resolve equipment or process issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and document production results.
• Report key production metrics to plant management.
