CrossFire Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 6-month contract on-site in Kokomo, Indiana. The role requires managing small teams in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment and ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met.

The candidate will lead kaizen and continuous improvement efforts, coordinate manpower, and maintain strong relationships with plant leadership and customers. Availability for any shift is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to interface with all plant levels.
• Experience building relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Coaching/mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead and train small work teams on the production line.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve quality, throughput and cost targets.
• Ensure production plan is met; analyze issues and coordinate with other roles.
• Promote safety and enforce safety tools and procedures.
• Coordinate kaizen projects focused on safety, cost, quality and throughput.
