Responsibilities

• Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule WO to WIP, coordinate with MPC operations for Constraints, Prioritization of Uptime, VOR's, Escalated VIN's.
• SCM for Release variations and visibility for Recall and abnormal inbound's.
• Meet Cycle Time - Overall & VOR Objectives, Ageing Metrics - STO's & VOR, Schedule Accuracy & Adherence.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders like MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier, Purchase etc.
• Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.
