• Meet Cycle Time, Ageing Metrics, Schedule Accuracy & Adherence.
• Review and manage supplier compliance to streamline issues.
• Coordinate with MPC operations, SCM, Transportation and Suppliers.
• Respond within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.
