Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an on-site scheduling and analytics professional to optimize inbound service parts, coordinate with MPC operations, and drive best-in-class processes using SAP, Power BI, and AI tools.

You will ensure schedule accuracy/adherence, manage high-impact parts, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to meet cycle-time and aging metrics. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and is 100% onsite with potential shifts and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule WO to WIP.
• Coordinate with MPC operations for constraints and prioritization.
• Meet Cycle Time and aging metrics targets for STOs and VOR.
• Ensure Schedule Accuracy and Adherence across the network.
• Collaborate with SCM, Transportation, Suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Respond to critical escalations within 48 hours.

In this position

• Schedule inbound service parts to ensure adequate material is at each packaging workstation to maximize output and prioritize Customer Impacted items like Vehicles Off-Road, Recall, Top Fill Loss
• Develop & drive best in class process using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python.
• Develop and drive metric to meet objectives
• Maintain 98% of Schedule Accuracy & 100 % Schedule adherence.
• Review Upcoming Material Releases and Plan for high Impacted Items in Advance
• Review aged ASN's, WO's & STO's.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders like MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier, Purchase etc.
• Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.

What You'll Do

Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule WO to WIP, coordinate with MPC operations for Constraints, Prioritization of Uptime, VOR's, Escalated VIN's. SCM for Release variations and visbility for Recall and abnormal inbound's. Supplier Compliance for to streamline supplier issues. Meet Cycle Time - Overall & VOR Objectives, Ageing Metrics - STO's & VOR, Schedule Accuracy & Adherence.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-$121,440.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
