Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning.
• Experience with batch manufacturing processes preferred (cosmetics/pharma/chemical).

Responsibilities

• Build and own daily and shift-level production execution plans across multiple lines.
• Coordinate batch making and kitting to ensure material readiness.
• Serve as scheduling contact between Planning, Production, and Warehousing.
• Monitor adherence and escalate variances in real time.
