Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee and optimize the production schedule across our high-SKU manufacturing environment in Ohio. You will own the schedule, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with inventory policies.

You will track progress, manage changes, and generate KPI reports for senior management while supporting inventory control and continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of production scheduling experience in a high-SKU environment.
• 1–3 years contract manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to optimize resource use.
• Track progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions to meet commitments.
• Inform stakeholders about schedule or priority changes ensuring alignment.
• Coordinate with materials and quality teams for timely raw materials availability.
• Identify and resolve production issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Analyze scheduling data to find trends and drive improvements.
• Generate reports on production status and KPIs for management.
• Support inventory management by aligning production with stock levels.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in scheduling and processes.
• Prepare detailed production performance reports for senior leadership.
• Develop contingency plans for production disruptions.
• Serve as scheduling liaison for audits and assessments.
• Document scheduling procedures and updates accurately.
