Job summary

RRD is seeking a Scheduler to plan and load work on manufacturing equipment in Prepress, Press, and Bindery/Finishing. You will adjust daily/weekly forecasts and coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer delivery dates.

The role is fully onsite with shifts starting around 8AM and 2PM; flexibility discussed in interview. Strong MS Office and EPS experience are preferred, with an HS diploma and 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment.
• EPS Platform experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily/weekly production schedules and sequence/load equipment to run in Prepress, Press, Bindery/Finishing.
• Optimize workflow by matching equipment capabilities to customer work specifications.
• Ensure preflight, plating, raw materials, and components are in place before starting a job.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure jobs can run and update daily production reports.
• Provide daily reports to coordinate materials and staffing with forecasted workloads.
