Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, solid work history encouraged.
• Industrial assembly background preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and work orders to determine material needs.
• Set up and adjust tooling and machines for each production order.
• Record production data and monitor quality using measurement tools.
• Rotate through tasks across the production process to meet customer needs.
• Explain assembly procedures to teammates and maintain a safe workplace.
• Participate in cell meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
