Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Kingsville, Texas is seeking a Production Leader to guide factory staff to meet customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery. The role is onsite with relocation assistance if applicable and requires engineering/manufacturing degrees or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and maintain effective cross‑functional communication to execute the MRO plan.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Manufacturing degree required or 6+ years manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain US security clearance (US Citizenship).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate factory staff to meet customer requirements at targeted cost and delivery.
• Develop and maximize staff potential through feedback and coaching.
• Respond to demand changes, assess risk, inventory, capacity and financial implications.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Communicate across functions to support execution of the MRO plan.
• Foster a High Performance Culture through training and daily behaviors.
