Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, production, or inventory analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs across production output, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting, production planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation efforts.
• Prepare operational and inventory reports for leadership decision-making.
