Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Production Control Analyst to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries by coordinating manufacturing plans, inventory allocation, and shipment execution. You will analyze production plans, execute ERP transactions, monitor inventory, and collaborate across Logistics, Quality, and Operations to minimize disruptions and meet customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and production plans to align with demand, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.
• Execute inventory allocation and shipment transactions within ERP systems to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying risks that may impact product availability or customer deliveries.
• Coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions and maintain shipment commitments.
• Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory is positioned appropriately to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate product traceability and customer order tracking within ERP and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to establish resolution timelines for rework activities and product inspections.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to meet customer shipment needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities related to production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Support Production Control Managers through data analysis, reporting, and execution of operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
