Job summary

ABB is seeking a Production Support role in Selmer, TN reporting to the Production Manager. The role focuses on preparing technical documentation, supporting start-ups, and ensuring updated process documentation reaches Supply Chain teams.

You will assist in defining action plans and training production staff while helping with scheduling duties. The position is onsite in Selmer, TN and requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's in business or related field, 2+ years in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing role required.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required.
• Candidates already have authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Preparing technical documentation regarding systematic errors (COGI, cycle counts, shortages, etc.).
• Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
• Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams.
• Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.
• Assisting Master Scheduler in scheduling duties.
