Responsibilities

• Assist with PO creation and conversion for assigned categories.
• Support PO approvals within delegated authority limits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Maintain documentation and ensure procurement policy compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate with vendors.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist in preparing bid documents and proposals for routine sourcing.
• Provide admin support for small-scale RFPs and projects.
• Educate stakeholders on procurement tools and processes.
