Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, engineering, or related STEM field.
• 1 year of experience in Material Planning or Purchasing/Supply Chain.
• Proficiency using SAP in prior roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Release purchase requisitions and initiate purchase orders in the system per requirements and SOP.
• Monitor order acknowledgments, inbound freight, customs clearance, and local transportation processes.
• Track PO backlog and perform expediting with feeders and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform inventory management tasks and resolve goods receipts errors; manage subcontracting with third-party suppliers.
