Qualifications

• Experience with strategic sourcing and supplier management in industrial automation.
• 5–9 years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain processes.
• Proficient with SAP, SAP Ariba or similar ERP platforms and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select qualified suppliers, monitor performance.
• Manage end-to-end procurement from requisition to PO issuance.
• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize costs and delivery.
• Implement plans for local sourcing to meet targets.
• Maintain procurement records and report KPIs and savings.
